Los mods bloquean los logros hasta que hayas matado a mama una vez. Hazlo sin mods y luego los activas.
(Esto suponiendo que sean mods del Workshop, de lo contrario habría que buscar otra razón)

Edit: matar a mama = matar el corazón

If I understood correctly (without using any translator, yay), you wrote killing Mom once is enough to use mods? Because you have to kill Mom's Heart once, not Mom. Details, details. :P

Well the game counts a mom kill when you kill the heart, and it's just natural that she just looses a leg on the first fight, so she isn't dead. And a really good reason is that her heart is still beating.
So mom kill will always mean heart kill
