What is the best way to unlock "Marbles"?

Doing a Breaking Run or starting a run with Lazarus, using the pill and if you get Gulp! continue the run saving all your money for pills / Mom's Bottle Of Pills and all your bomba to blow mushrooms

Get gulp with placebo, you do not even need to gulp a trinket just spam the pill

Haven't unlocked it yet, but now that you've got me thinking about it... Along with the above, when you get a Gulp, hold up to your carrying capacity instead of using them right away. That way, if you get a Vurp or a Jera (or a Placebo for that matter) on a later floor, you can use them on the Gulp(s).

Edit: Thinking a bit more, pretty much any D20 Greed breaking run with Gulp in the pill pool would do it.

My strat was to start with Lazarus on Greed mode, until I found the Gulp pill on start. Then managed to find a D20, and rolled all the coins after a full wave, using batteries from the shop to refill it. Until I found 5 Gulp randomly. easy !
