Heard Mom yell "Isaac!" In basement

I was in a boss battle with pin, and I had used Tammy's head to kill it. Once Pin died, I had heard "Isaac!" Muffled like it sounds in the Mom's Heart fight. Was it a glitch or...?

Unknowingly initiated the first step of unlocking a character, defeating the Basement I boss in under a minute. Nothing else would happen if you skipped that. The next step would be bombing the center of the starting room after that happens though.

It means you killed the boss in under one minute. This is a queue for something that comes into play in case you want to go and try to unlock the "secret" character added in BP5. After hearing the "Isaac!", go back to the first room and let a bomb go off to start the whole process.

If you want some tips, I'd be happy to oblige, with minimal spoilers. As the Wiki says, "it's complicated." Tips may be required. And it's also kinda brutal... but worth it.
