FLAT STONE AND DAD´S RING

I just can´t find these items anywhere. I even broke greed mode with d100 but still don´t appear. Any tips?

Well... Dad's ring only can be found in secret rooms (where it's already hard to find any item). I've only got it once after using dice room reroll.
Flat stone was bugged for a long time (item pool), but should've been fixed right now. Didn't find it too, but I've played like 3-4 runs after update only. Can be found in item rooms. Play as Cain in greed mode and restart until this item appears?

Flat Stone is from the Treasure Pool if I recall corectly so just collect as many treasure as possible and keep rerolling with D6, D8 and D100.
As for the ring, if the game just keep visiting secret room and the game will give it to you eventually.
That being said, you can speed up the process by forcing an item pedestal usinf a Judgement card, Present, Bumbo, Key Begger, Eden... um something and then rerolling.
D8 and D100 might give it to you if you pick at least one item from the secret room pool before using them again and again.
Also, consider using Diplopia or (if you're feeling lucky) Crooked Penny.

If you keep playing, the question is not if the game will give you those items but when.

Just found flat stone in a greed run with cain. Tech x appeared so i couldn´t say no to that run. Eventually the d4 appeared in the shop and the rerolls made the rest.

Finally got Dad's Ring today. My secret plan actually worked!

Step 1: Get lots of money
Step 2: Get Moving Box in shop
Step 3: Buy as many active items as you can
Step 4: Use Moving Box to pack up all the items, including D6
Step 5: Recharge Moving Box
Step 6: Enter Secret Room (doesn't matter what's in it)
Step 7: Unpack Moving Box
Step 8: Collect D6 and use as much as possible until ring appears

This method, while requiring specific items, will allow you to force the Secret Room item pool even if the room didn't have an item to begin with. The more items you can collect with the Moving Box, the better. My secret room was just full of mushrooms, so I was very fortunate to have 40 coins, Steam Sale, a Restock Box, and a few batteries to get everything I needed.

As for the Flat Stone, you can get it with Cain in Greed mode by entering the treasure room to the right and resetting the game with 'R' until it shows up (could take awhile).

I think im going to try the "bomb the first wall for secret room" option. Dad's ring will be the last item for me too. Also missing eye of greed, but i will get this reseting with cain in greed mode. Just missing these itens, ultrahard and bob's brains to 100% achievements.

D4, D100 and D Infinity are good for finding secret room items.

The effects of the D4 remembers what item pool you took items from, and rerolls them accordingly. You can eventually obtain Dad's Ring provided you picked up secret room items.

This does not apply to Greed Mode though, Dad's Ring doesn't exist in any pool there. Even with Chaos.

I know. That's why I will do resets with Isaac for the first secret room in normal game mode. Seems faster for me.
