Swallowed Penny?

So for some masochistic reason I'ved decided to 3mil% the game after attaining 1mil, I've got completion marks on most everything completed except keeper, the lost, and eden. With the keeper I've had a hard time getting a swallowed penny to drop from the vases, and by hard I mean impossible. I took count, and after the 1000th vase blown up I'm maybe thinking I need to either sacrifice a goat to rngesus or they removed swallowed penny from the drop pool for the vases. Yes I've completed challenge #15, so if memory serves correct vases should now have the potential to drop swallowed pennies. Did they patch it out so they don't do that or so that you can't get it in this way with the keeper?

Once you unlock swallowed penny it always has a chance to drop from blowing up vases. RNG is bad to you atm

I wonder what I did to make rngesus so mad. Do you know if the roll for a vase's contents is determined when it's destroyed or when you enter the room?

Vase drops are seeded to the run. No matter what you do, that vase's contents or lack thereof will be consistent

I don't think any item or luck upgrade will modify the contents of a vase either

I swear to god the drop chance has lowered. I've blown up hundreds and hundreds of these things and still not even a hint of a swallowed penny. I remember when playing keeper before on my first save file it was hard sure, but maybe after a good 50 to 100 vase explosions you'd get swallowed penny.. on average. What the heck happened?
