A Bandage Achievement

Hi all. I'm at 99% of the game and I miss achievement n.19 "A bandage" and 4 secret ones. Can anyone please help me for A Bandage? I really don't understand how to obtain it. Thanks!

With the "potato peeler" object, is the easiest way. Use the active and will spawn a cube of meat for an heart container.

That's for another achievement. You need Bandage girl for this one.
The easiest way is using Lilith to get one bandage ball, and use the active item 4 times to get the full bandage girl. You can use it with some bateries or in rooms like the boss Rush, that you get many changes without leaving the room.

Yep thank you! Does the bandage ball spawns in greed mode?
Yesterday I did about 30 different rushes till mom (normal mode) without getting none of the 4 Harbingers :)

I think it could only spawn there with Chaos. You need to fight The Harbingers for it, that's it's only pool for it.

If you find the book of revelations on your run, KEEP IT. It'll help increase the chance of harbringers appearing.

Since OP is just trying to get the achievement, Lilith seems the best way to go. :P

Cube of meat is pretty common in greed mode shop so fighting harbingers ist not the only way to do it.

you cant get to the 2nd boss? thourght you seid you have allmost all acihvments..... unless you cheated them

its like the meat boy acihvment, but for banadage girl, if you got one the other is just the same, but instead of the balls of meat, its banadges

Ok done, but I still miss 4 achievements. 1001% and 3 hidden ones.
Also I see, in the item screen, that I miss some items (like the Super Bandage I've just unlocked). How is it possible?

You need to collect/touch missing items.

Yep I've collected some of them. Like mega blast and eucharist. But I don't remember if I collected them on a rerun. Ok I will try again, sigh :)
