I need help unlocking Marbles

Hi. I need help unlocking Marbles but I have no idea how I'm supposed to get 5 Gulp pills in a single run. Any help would be appreciated.

First of all you actually need a Gulp pill in the pill pool, so I'd suggest go with lazarus and spam his starting pill until you find it

Then try to find Mom's Bottle of Pills or Placebo (with another Gulp pill) in the shop

I had a lucky run with azazel, where I got 5 somewhere before the dark room. Open as many of these makeuptables as possible, keep a look out for phd(since it removes negative pills), moms pill botte, habit, Acid baby. Avoid Deck of cards, since it changes the pills to cards. Also go to every curse room you can, since there are chances for red chests, and those got chances to spawn 2 pills. It's a bit of luck, though if you break the store(doublesteamsale + restock) then you can do it on one floor with enough patience and rng luck. One last thing keep faith. Also randomly generated events do vary with the believe and thought of a person, so a positive faithfull mindset should bring you closer to the goal , then away from it, or at least it has been proven that a random number generator does get influenced by people, if they focus on a specific outcome of number. If you get gulp pill right from the start Just focus on refreshing pills in the shop until your one appears and spend your money on pills or pill drop chance raising items. Jera rune is an option, moms bottle also works. But it takes time, was one of my last achievements. Shop break with D20 ?? (Red Cube) did it for me. Farm coins and don't collect them, then D20 coins and get new batterys from the shop to keep up the rerolls. Only take nickels and dimes. Some Pick ups will be pills.

And this is the only thing in isaac i remember to use Placebo, i literally NEVER used it before & after. Pills is just Not my style of playing the game.

I eventually managed to get Marbles today by using this strat. Thanks for the help!
