arcade room glitch?

so i was doing a run and then i came across a bedroom in an arcade room. first time finding this, i've found bedrooms before but not in arcades. not sure if this is a glitch or intentional, but there wasn't a rug in the middle of the room. any insight on this?

I assume you mean "bed" instead of "bedroom". Not the same thing: all bedrooms have a bed in them (with a rug), but beds can spawn in some other rooms.
