Completion post-it note question.

I've done everything there is to do over on PS4, and returned here on PC. I'm having a problem I don't quite remember too well.

I have done everything except for unlock the Lost and Greedier mode. I did it all on hard mode. So, my completion notes are filled out. Some of them, however, have little red marks on the corners, while others do not. I don't remember what this means, if anything. The marks themselves are all red, so I'm positive I did everything on hard mode.

Any ideas?

Damaged borders for the papers (and red if done on hard) is Delirium's mark. It is considered as a mark, so it must be done (on hard) as everyone if you want to get the "all hard" achievements.
