are mods from workshop disable achiements and stats ?

the game doesnt track my stats in game or achievements when i use mods. i just wanted to use the item description mod to help me out as a new player . is there any way (with afterbirth+) to keep track of stats with mods ?

Before killing Mom's Heart once on that save, mods prevent unlocks/achievements/progression. After that point, they prevent nothing at all. What they do is irrelevant.

You have to beat mom's heart. If you have the little trophy in a red round, it means achievements are disabled.

I Just beat Mom and the game ended . do i need to play more to encounder heart's mom ?

Yes. The first successful run ends at Mom (foot) and unlocks the Womb floors. From now on, runs won't end at Depths 2 anymore, there are two more (harder) floors. The Heart awaits.

Unless you used a seed on your first win though, they prevent unlocks. Don't use any.

No, killing Mom once is enough to unlock the Womb levels, and therefore the Heart.

Just beated heart for 1st time ! Is there an achievement for that ? only one i got was Eden after i beat it . i had the discription mod on

You just got told you need to remove mods. If you had mods on before beating moms heart, then you wont unlock anything.

Just play the game the way it was designed to be played. You don't need to know what everything does. You barely have any items. Just oick everything uo and play the game.
