I´m confused

So I have about 350 hours in this game and close to 100% but on todays run, to find the last missing items (Delirious, Mega Blast, Eye of Greed), I was presented something I had never witnessed before.

I was having a blast breaking the game with Restock IV Bag and Humble Bumble in a Shop buying all the items when suddenly weird stuff happened. I don´t quite recall when the first weird thing happened. Nevertheless i suddenly used a Gulp pill while using my IV Bag and then after a few uses suddenly I began to reroll the Items on the floor while still only using IV Bag.

I kept on going and random stuff appeared on the floor and occasionally the items changed again. I then picked stuff and moved on to the next floor where the next magical thing happened. After dropping to the next floor all of my Items got rerolled again.

This happened every single floor till I got through all items possible and was left only with Halo of Flies Missing NO and 2 other Items I dont recall. And the Items in the Chest were all Breakfasts.

I have no clue what happened there. I am by no means an expert in this game and I still look up Items and Trinkets I don´t know but every single item I had was known to me when the magic began.

Does anyone have a clue what I´m missing?

Well you said you used a Gulp pill so isn't that how it got gulped?

No I never had a gulp pill but I somehow used one and I don´t know how

Maybe you had Marbles item and the trinket got gulped when using the IV Bag? idk
