4 Player Co-op?
I heard the Afterbirth DLC has added 4 player co-op, not sure if this was only on console or if it's also with the PC. And is it only local co-op or did they also add online support?

It's 2 player co-op and only local. There are mods for online co-op though.

As far as I know there are mods to improve the 2-player local coop, and people use external programs to trick their computers into thinking they're on the same machine. Just to be more specific.
No official online support though, not even LAN multiplayer. And there most likely never will be anything official about that.

I have confirmed that it IS in fact up to 4 player local co-op in the afterbirth DLC.
