The console is included in the Afterbirth+ DLC, not Antibirth, which is a mod.

Well if you do have it, you'll first need to download any mod from the Steam Workshop.
Then once you start a run, you can open the console with the "~" key.

Just deal with the rng, or refund the game if you're really that bothered by it.
The fact that every run is different because of the rng is good, because it makes every run fun and unique.

Hold R at the first room until you get a decent item right away. Once you have one nice thing at the beginning you should be fine for the run until you hit the really difficult ones

You can cheat in literally any non-online game in existence.
Download a software called cheat engine.
There should be a youtube video to explain how it works
its basically a game "Trainer" can give u 9999 gold or hp or whatever in any game pretty much.
