How to get Open GL 2.0

I have windows seven and TBOI rebirth isn't working on my computer. I tried to get OpenGL 2.0 but I don't know how. Can someone give me a guideline or something?

have you tried downloading and installing very newest GPU settings i did this because game kept closing immediatly and now is solved by getting newest nvidia geforce drivers.

if you have a nvidia graphics card you should have the GeForce Experience software open that and get it to download or see if you have newest version available. if your using AMD graphics you should be using there software Crimson or Catalyst i think its called try using that and see if you have latest graphics available. hope that helps

are you using a pc or laptop. go to the help icon in the top left of your steam page and go to system information and click that then it should have information of all your system pretty much look for GPU and possibly CPU too

hi yes i think your problem could be down to your graphics as it seems it is quite lacking now and your open GL does only support 1.1 version.

not sure if Binding of isaac can run this but it should. best choice is to upgrade i think, try downloading the crimson software from AMD to check if theres updates for that model of intergrated graphics card you have.

also maybe 32 bit WINDOWS 7 may not be supported although it definatly should be. i just think your Laptop is kicking on abit and cant support the newest versions of the softwares to run this.

EDIT: actually looking into your components i think your card should work as it can support direct X10 and other. the software you need is the 'Catalyst' software not crimson i think as that is for AMD graphics cards. try to download the latest versions of any software you have. as i think that is where your problems lie if need help google is best for answers or Youtube.

I downloaded the catalyst thing but it's still not working. There's hardly anything on this computer though so I don't think any software needs updating.
