Brimstone x Little Horn synergy?

I was just wondering if Little Horn synergises with Brimstone? That once every few brimstone shot you shoot a brimstone laser that insta kills everything it touches. It would make sense, since other 'chance of shoot tear with special effect' work with brimstone. Like Common Cold, that makes some laser shots poisonous. And Tough Love's chance multiplier tear also works ith brimstone. I guess it could be a bit overpowered though, so that could be a reason for it not being a synergi. Not that rare but op synergies aren't plentyful in Binding of Isaac though... If they don't synergies (which they probably don't tbh), then I hope someone makes a mod that allows them to synergies.
