Lil' Monstro - Exactly as it sounds. Charges like Lil Brimstone but shoots a Monstro's Lung Shot.

Big Chub: A larger version of Lil Chub that moves way slower, but deals more damage

Straw item: Upon use, it damages enemies then a heart drops. Charges slowly over time.

Potato Peeler, shop item, no charge. On use, spend a red heart container to spawn a cube of meat.

After my first run as Apollyon, I was able to find 5 new items (not including Void):

Apple: Makes Isaac occasionally shoot razor blades (similar to Tough Love)
Varicose Veins: I'm not sure what this does yet
Sulfuric Acid: Isaac occasionally shoots acid tears which destroy rocks and open doors (including secret doors)
Analog Stick: Allows precision control with an analogue stick. Possibly allows tears to be fired in 360 degrees. (Confirmation required for this as I didn't try using my right analogue stick when I got this)
Finger!: I believe this one was already explained in the official BoI Tumblr blog. (Summons a disembodied finger which hovers in front of Isaac. Damages enemies, exploding barrels and poop when you point it at them, and also pushes pickups when it touches them.)

sulfur something(can't remember): treasure room item: a little yellow bottle: damage up and sometimes shoots a yellow tear that can open secret rooms and destroy obstacles

Varicose vein. when isaac is hurt, he ocassionally fires tears in all directions (similar to tammys head)

midnight snack. similar to all other food items +1 hp

Belly button. drops a random trinket( i think thats all)

Achievement half a soul heart. just reset the game 10-20 times by holdign "R"

polydactylyl. spawns randowm consumeable

acid baby. occationally drops random pills

contagion, when an enemy is killed, they occationally explode in a pink fart cloud (unsure is damage or friendly effect)

Lead Pencil:occasionally when you shoot you shoot a large amount of bleed tears

Ghost pepper- Flame tears. Kind of like replacing your tears with blue candle flames. Still works with Epic Fetus.

Edit: Mom's razor- An orbital that makes enemies bleed.

Jacobs ladder: Tears form electric arcs across room

Mega Mega: Bomb with lipstic, usable item (one time only, no energy) Blows up everything on the current floor (each room flashes once on entry and everything is effected by an explosion) Kills most enemies, and reveals secret passages, deals heavy damage to the boss, and doesnt hurt isaac.
