Good Greed Mode Combos.

Just finished unlocking the Keeper, and can finally say I am done with that Grind, YAAAAA!! So I thought I might as wall post this up, and see how other people did it.
Barring obviouslly OP things like Ludovico, What are some good Items/Combos to look out for in Greed Mode?
One's I've personally found are;

- Blank Card + 2 of Diamonds/Jera: probly the most well know combo, but still a pain to pull off.

- D20: A run winner all by itself. All you need is a Battery in the shop and a little time. Its extremely Rare to get a "Dead" Floor.

- Jar of Flies + Hive Mind: This one Surprised me. While its not at useful in other modes (comparatively), 20 Files, even at modest damage, is enough to kill most bosses. It can also wreak Ultra Greeds face with a little luck.

- Charm Of The Vampire: In other modes, I tend to reroll this on, as its usefulness is so-so. However, It makes you nearly immortal against Ultra Greed (unless you are being really reckless.

Idk
