Eve and Razor Blade
In my selection menu I have "Razor Blade" listed under Eve, but she does not get the item when the game starts.

Any suggestions?

You unlocked "razor blade for Eve". You still need to unlock "razor blade" if you want here to start with it.
Kill Satan as Eve. Afterwards, she'll start with the item.

You have to donate to the greed machine to unlock that. Same with lost's holy mantle... And also unlock the razor yes
