Did you buy BOI on console first then bought it again on PC?

I bought Rebirth and then Afterbirth when they were released on Xbox One. I remember thinking at the time that the release date disparity between PC and console was kinda ridiculous. But it was out and I love the game so it didn't matter. Then I find that Afterbirth+ gets a release date on PC. Therefore, there's a good chance that consoles won't see it for another 4-6 months after that. There's also the fact that apparently, there is going to be regular content updates to Afterbirth+ that will incorporate the best mods into the base game and I don't even know how the release of those would be handled on consoles.

So, while the sale is on, I'm thinking of rebuying it on Steam. Has anyone else done this? If so, what made you do it? Was it worth it? I ask because I have never bought the same game on multiple platforms before, I always thought it was a waste of money. Now, I'm thinking it won't be in this case.

I had original Boi for like 8 months and i never really got into it. One day i decided to play it sfter a long time and then i liked it then bought Rebirth

I got it on PC got 1001%, then when it went on sale on xbox i got it and got 1001% as well.

Oh, well, I don't agree. I've done every challenge on the Xbox version, with a controller (of course) just fine. But whatever floats your boat.

Having 360 degree movement helps a lot actually. I can't imagine how horrible it is to play on keyboard and/or mouse.

Well, the controller+screen is **** if you use a (New) 3DS at least.... curse of darkness is quite like a death sentence. Still always played and preferred to play with a XBOX 360 Gamepad on PC.

Not to bad, I been using the controller on PC as well. Using the keyboard too much and my hands start to cramp.
