cambion conception, how? (spoilers!)

So I've heard that you unlock cambion conception for lilith after you beat hush with lilith.
I've done that, but never got a minion proc even after hurting myself 30 times. (I counted)
What is wrong?
Do I have to beathush in hard difficulty then?

Are you sure you actually have cambion conception on Lilith? I mean, a poorly designed mod could prevent it, so...
Start a run, press escape, look at your items. If there's no cambion conception, there's no bug.

Fact: It says that she starts with Cambion Conception regardless if you have it unlocked or not. (Almost the same thing as with Eve and Razor Blade). It's unlocked as an item by beating The Chest as Lilith. By beating Hush you will unlock Incubus.

I am surprised Nazemec didn't think that

Thanks for the response, but if beating hush unlocks only the incubus, then I've had the wrong information.
