Boss Health Bar At The Bottom?

This may be a stupid question since I havent played isaac in a while but why is the boss health bar at the bottom? Is there a way to get it back to the top?

It's always been at the botton in Rebirth.

In the original BOI, healthbars were at the top.

Oh right, those were like the very first couple versions of Rebirth when it was newly released.
They made some UI changes since then, and moving boss health bars to the botton of the screen was one of them.

Thanks for the Info! It's just that I got use to them being at the top of the screen it just bothered me quite a bit I guess I will have to get use to it. I wonder if there are any mods that change this to make it at the the top of the screen?

I haven't browsed many mods, but try looking on https://moddingofisaac.com/
There's a ton of mods there.
