Did they add blast immunity to an item?
So recently I've rerolled two runs into monstrocities where you have to blow yourself up in order to deal damage. I haven't had host hat or the fire heart one (forgetting the name right now) and yet I still haven't taken damage from my bombs. The only items that have been there consistently are dr.fetus and ipecac. Did they add blast immunity to one of these items?

To my knowledge there are only 3 ways to have blast immunity: Host hat and pyromaniac give straight up blast invulnerability, and if you get Dr. Fetus and Ipecac together you're immune to the bombs you shoot (but not explosions from other sources).
