Unkillable flies over rocks

Just started a game session. Isaac has only one bomb. Run into a room with a lot of rocks and shooting flies. The flies are hovering over rocks so I can't kill them in any way. I think this might be a bug. Screenshot http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=808721149

That's not one bug, it's four! These room layouts suck, especially when you have the red champions that regenerate (ugh). I think if you stand further away they eventually gravitate over to you, else after a minute or two the doors to the room will open as a time-out feature. Until then, it's goodbye Boss Rush

isn't this intentional to screw you over for time? i know i've reported this identical bug before.

Well, can I surely kill those flies? I mean do they guarantee that sooner or later they will drift to open place? If yes that might be intentional, hwoever I doubt it.

They move, yes. Stay as far as possible from them, they'll come to you. Slowly.

i've had that room a handful of times and yeah they will move towards you just barely enough to be killed eventually.

hate these types of rooms. but yeah, the advice to move to the other end of the room works. didnt believe it at first but it worked, after about 3 minutes...
