So I found a room with a bed and thats it. What does this mean?

IIRC You can blow up the bed to get to another floor or something

Not the bed, you blow up the mat to ethier unlock a trap door (crawl space)/next level trap door.

If it is a clean bedroom, sleeping on the bed will fill your heart containers, and blowing up the carpet will lead to a crawl space/ black market

If it is a dirty bedroom, sleeping on the bed will give you 3 soul hearts and blowing up the carpet will lead to a trapdoor to the next floor ( sorry if i have bad english )
