Greed's gullet...

I only need Greed's gullet for 1000000%, I unlocked it but I can't find it, any tips?

It's only in the Secret Room item pool. I see several ways to get it.

1) Find a Secret room, have an item in it (either the room already has one or you find a way to generate one inside) and reroll that item to get a Secret pool item. Repeat until you get Greed's Gullet.
2) Start as Eden, be lucky enough to get that item at the start. You might need quite a lot of tokens.
3) Chaos + Restock + unlimited money combo/two Steam sales. Buy the shop. All of it. For hours maybe. Expect a lot of breakfasts.
4) Enable any mod, give yourself the item using the console.

Don't try Greed mode by the way, it won't be generated there (at least, it shouldn't). Pools for regular runs and Greed mode are different.

Mods from the mod menu (and therefore, using the console) don't prevent progress/unlocks if the Heart has been killed once. Part of the Booster pack 2 update, if I remember correctly.

Only if you choose to use it. If you think you'll feel bad about it, then do it with more conventional ways.

i first tried that, 3 broken runs and no item. I GUESS you can use no more breakfast mod but i used isaac to check the first secret room over and over, reroll helps a lot and got it within 10 mins
