Kidney stone with Brimstone.
The Wiki says that they don't synergize, but for some reason I now have a 1 tear delay with Brimstone and Kidney stone.

Kidney stone has a bug where I think if you pick up an item while you're spamming tears you get one delay. It's a universal bug. Correct me if I'm wrong

Exactly. I think i picked up and used a Tears Up pill when that happened.
