Ace of Hearts unlock issues?

So i heard about how to unlock ace of hearts so i tried to unlock it

I wanted to unlock him with Judas, because there was an issue with Azazel and i don't have The Lost unlocked yet. So i cleared Basement II With judas entire floor with half a heart and... nope still not unlocked. Does The Lost have to unlock it only or did i do something wrong?

Just tried it on an (almost) empty file. Started as Judas, went down to half a heart at Basement 1. Loaded Basement 2, completed the level, still nothing. Still at half a heart, I completed Cave 1, and unlocked the card at the start of Cave 2.

I guess Basement is too easy to do that one, so is disabled (maybe it got changed over time). Start the challenge at the Caves.

(Obviously, "half a heart" means "no other health". If you have half a red heart and some soul hearts, you're wasting your time.)

UNLOCK: Unlock this item by defeating any floor after Basement I with only half a heart of health (works as The Lost)

That's also what I read (on the other wiki), but I didn't unlock it on Basement 2. I guess "after Basement 1" should be changed to "after Basement".
