There an efficient way to farm angel room items?

the way to get angle rooms

1. dont take any red heart damage in a floor

2. dont take any red heat damamge fighting the floors boss

3. dont take devil deals or any sin up items. get faith up items

4. get lucky and get a angle room in a secret room (i have had a few of them)

remember the devil/angle room comes every 2 floors (if you didnt take damamge). the first one (on the 2nd floor or first if you get a xp curse) is allways a devil. so go in, dont take anythign and go out

if thats the last thing you got to do thats lucky. i got to do Delirium runs with just under half the people... god thats annoying

It's a 33% chance to get a devil room every floor that you can accumulate. Then a 50% chance for it to be an angel room.
Goes down if you take damage, goes up with certain things (like the key parts make it more likely that you'll get an angel room. There's a big list on the wiki.) so you can still spawn a room if you took damage (though it's very unlikely)

There's also things like curse room, joker card, duality, etc. but that's not what I was asking

Wanted to know if there was a way to, say, "farm" them, like if having chaos and D4 would reroll your items for items from the angel room pool instead of just the treasure room, or if chaos + greed mode + "breaking greed mode" could make them spawn in the shop, etc. :p

The Greed mode technique is the way to go, but only if each of the items you're looking for is in the Greed mode item pool.

Otherwise, I would just play as Isaac, optimize my chances for an Angel room to appear (use the wiki list you were talking about), make additional items appear in the angel room (cards that summon beggars, fighting the angel for the key etc...) and roll them all.

True for Devil Deals (also applies to the Black Market), but "sin up", "evil up" and "faith up" items usually don't affect the generation of Angel rooms. Most of the time, those quotes refer to generation of soul/black/eternal hearts.
Only two things with those quotes affect Deal generation: the Black Candle which improves generation chance of a Deal (any deal, since Devil deals are the "lost the Angel coin flip" ones), and the Rosary Bead trinket which favors Angel rooms.

OP, you mentioned the D4. It indeed rerolls items within the same pool (on AB/AB+), so if you already have an Angel item you'll get another one using the D4 (or D100, same effect).

Breaking Greed mode with Chaos is also a good strategy, but you'll only get items from the AngelGreed pool that way (different from the regular Angel pool), so you might want to check if the items you're looking for are there. You could adapt it to regular runs with free shops/unlimited money/chaos/restock, though it is a pretty rare combo.

The only other way to efficiently farm items besides the ones you wrote (as far as I remember, and not considering cheating) is "keep restarting as Eden". This character can start with any unlocked item, you just have to pile up tokens... Probably lots of them. :P

Yeah that actualy is very effective when it comes to activable items ! But I always thought it was too long/annoying to do when it comes to the passive ones. The pool is just way too large.

Longer for passives indeed, but here we have to compare it to "get to floor 3 and be lucky enough to generate an Angel room with items, and maybe reroll them into the good ones". Not sure which option is worse... :P

Sacrifice rooms can give you angel items to.
you can higher the chance there too. also donating into the shop machine can higher it.
i would recommend isaac too. if you get the first angel room, it is a hard desicion. you have to kill the angel then you can 1. take the first key part and higher chance OR reroll it into an angel item.
do NEVER take the second key part but always reroll it to have one more(or at least one, in my opinion the angel rooms still need a buff) angel item

... That's a damned shame I posted this after my last run. I went through the entirety of the treasure room pool and rerolled beyond to the point where I rerolled 5 or 6 times my item-less lost. Should've picked chaos when I had a chance so I could've obtained an angel room item or two.
But good to know. Yeah, i'll probably try farming greed mode then - I think 2 of the 3 items I need are in the greed angel room pool.
Do you think the D6 would be more likely to grant me the items I need? I'm not sure I could get enough batteries to make D4 worth it unless I can get an early sackhead, and even then..

you would be surprized on the number of people that dont google for the ancwer and just comes to the forums and want to be spoon feed the answers, even if they have been asked 1,000+ times allready.
