Glyph of balance

is glyph of balance bugged?
coz i unlocked it AND also held it , but it wont show on my items sheet
men i need this friggen for 1001 %

To make an item appear in the collection page, unlocking it is not enough, you have to find it (and take it). This is not a bug.
Taking it is considered as progress.

Reminder of things which prevent all kind of progress:
- Seeds (except a few special ones)
- Challenges (except for their reward obviously).
- Daily Runs.
- Reruns and Victory Laps (not considering any bug).
- Any active mod from the mod menu until the Heart is killed once.

m8 i unlocked it AND picked it up on another run, no seeded run, no mod, no rerun,no daily,no challenge, regular isaac run on hardmode, its still grey in the sheet

thats why i wonder and ask

Wasn't written in your previous post, now it's clear. :P

Since you're sure you already got it the legit way (and there's no point not trusting you), then there's no shame cheating a little bit (really little). Enable any mod in the mod menu (any, really, even an empty folder in your mod files is enough), open the console, give yourself the item. Then check the list again.

yes i guess its the best way, at least the fastest
otherwise it would take many runs / angel-room rerolls to get it again.
(and it might not work again)
