Is there a mod for 100% angel room chance?

I've played for 5 hours today trying to get both key pieces. The most angel rooms I've had in a run is 1.

You can just use a mod to get the goat head and the item that spawns both (devil and angel) rooms. It'd be the same

Spawn in the eucharist item. Gives you 100% angel room chance

There's a mod out there called always mega Satan, after you defeat Isaac/Satan a key piece appears on a pedestal, then after you defeat ???/Lamb the second key piece appears on a pedestal. I really enjoy this mod considering its not a "free key" since you can't go straight into mega Satan you have to fight your way to ???/Lamb and defeat them
