how to install antibirth

go to antibirth.com and hit the giant download button, then run the file that you downloaded and it will create another icon called anitibirth, if you feel like it you can add me on steam if you need help

Almost.
Make sure you uninstall Afterbirth and Afterbirth+ before you try to install Antibirth; once you've installed it, you can install Afterbirth and Afterbirth+ on top of it; they have different executables, Steam will only load Afterbirth or Afterbirth+, however you can add the Antibirth executable to Steam as a seperate game.
