To have that I need to achieve 100% on each save slot?
I didn't get ir... Which % is the max from each save slot?

PS.: There's anyplace where can I download a 3,000,000% save slot? I want to race against my friends, but we all need to have all items unlocked and stuffs...

You can just look for a 100% save file from the game on google, and replace one of your save files qith this one

3000000% doesn't unlock anything. you only need one 100% save state to have unlocked everthing

Google didn't show me a save file, just people showing MOD of save file.

Okay let me explain what does 3000000% means:
Unlocked EVERYTHING in EVERY SINGLE load slot.
If you do everything in the 1st load slot, then that will say: "2 More save files to go!" with a Skeleton drawing, and the 2nd will say: "1 More save files to go!". Once you have done everything in all the 3 save files, All the save files will combine to say: "3,000 ,000 %!!!"
