I was in the middle of a run doing nothing special, I entered sheol and I unlocked the achievement "Sin Collector" What. what does it do?

The bestiary is accessible through the "Stats" menu and shows information and statistics on all encountered Monsters and Bosses.

The achievement is bugged, mobs that don't exist in the bestiary are being counted. This allows Sin Collector to be unlocked without a complete bestiary.

i was fighting mom's heart with inf hp and no items for fun and got it so i looked this up and you all said i completed le bestinary

I teleported out of boss rush and unlocked it

I randomly got it after entering a Catacombs room which for some reason had the hush babies and sacks, and got the achivment
