Hat Trick! Achievement

Hello

I got a 3 win streak and I didn't get the achievement. I tried with another one run and now I have a win streak of 4 but still didn't get the achievement. Anyone knows why?

My last 3 runs were with Isaac, Azazel and Azazel finishing on Isaac... I will try your method with another one, although some people have told me that they have got the achievement with the same character.

Fourth run with Samson and that means that I have done it with 3 different characters without getting the achievement. The only method that I haven't tried is to finish on Satan, I always have finished on the Cathedral... I just don't know which is the method to do it.

EDIT: I am dumb. I am very dumb. I got the achievement 2 weeks ago but I got it doing a victory lap and I also got 4 or 5 more achievements at the same time and I didn't see it. Sorry

Does it have to be finished with hard mode?

you need to have a win streak of 3 in hard more or win streak of 10 in normal mode

I highly doubt that. And they probably figured it out sometime in the last 7 years either way.
