Item ID 474?(Spoilers)

So im trying to complete the item list during some game breaking runs and im missing a couple of items still but i know what they are,but even after i searched i couldn't find any info about item 474.

The platinum god website doesn't have it,same goes for the wiki,so if anyone got that yet it would be nice if you told me what the item is.

The item is between Big Chubby(473) and Plan C(475) horizontally.
Below Polydactyly(454) and above Jacob's Ladder(494) vertically.

I think it's the Tonsil trinket's familiar, as the trinket shows up in the collection page at that spot, despite no other trinkets being on that page, and the Tonsil mentions adding the familiar to the collection page.

Huh thanks i didn't even check that page i guess i missed that,anyways that is weird thanks nevertheless.

It is the Tonsil trinket. You see, the way it works is that when you get the Tonsil familiar it counts as a passive item, and cannot be found any other way other than this. To add salt on wound, the chance of it proccing on hit is rather small. Eden may start with it right away, but other than that, good luck getting hit 1000 times.
