Also wanna point out that with hush you have to rush. With Delirium you can go and beat the chest with all its lovely items and hope portal spawn luck is on your side. Then on his level kill all the other bosses for even more items and get most OP.
Meanwhile Hush took a lot longer despite having way less health.

I used to find hush the most fun to fight against before AB+, although that was also due to him being the most difficult out of all of them at the time. He wasn't actually hard to kill, but the rest were just all much easier than him.
The main reason Delirium took first place in both difficulty and enjoyment for me is due to how much more unpredictable he is than any of the other bosses. So far in the game every single boss easily tells you what it's about to do next, you also easily know what a boss is going to do in certain situations because that's just how they're programmed.
At one point during Hush runs that I was streaming, I would literally call out what his next attack will be, simply because he was that predictable. However, when I first fought against Delirium, on the day that AB+ came out, my first thought was that he was made up of a lot of random elements. After the small changes, I think Delirium also became a lot easier to predict, but not entirely so.
TL;DR: Delirium.exe

Seriously, once upon a time blue baby used to telefrag especially the Losts, too, so maybe Delirium will also get some fair safety (teleport) distance as well along with either having specifically the angels not rush to you at insane speed or better yet, make them just fly in a straight line to the position you were when they start rushing.
