Sin Collector Bug?

Is it verified, that you get the achievement through collecting every bestiary entry? Because I just unlocked it, with two or three entries of non boss enemies missing. Somewhat randomly during my fight with delirium but also after I got my last boss entry, so naturally I would have thought it had something to do with that, but then I looked it up on the wiki and now I'm confused.
