While you can't use it more than 5 times anymore, doing it in Greedier Mode still lets you donate alot of coins, especially if you bring a Card Against Humanity into the fight. Use it after Ultra Greedier is dead and the room will be filled with golden poops.
Which has 6 charges, so not that useful, unless you happen to also have a 48Hour energy pill on you.
Glowing Hourglass doesn't get it's charges back, upon use. Also, picking up Glowing Hourglass by replacing it with a charged active item, then using Glowing Hourglass will give you your active item back, but also deplete it's charges.
With that in mind, it really sounds, like it's a bug, that the Void is charging itself after it has been used with Glowing Hourglass absorbed
I still remember sitting there for 5 hours on launch day depositing one coin at a time, wondering why god why does the machine jam, instead of just taking all the coins you've managed to save (which I thought was the entire point of the mode in the first place). Good times.
At that point, I just downloaded a mod that spawned a dollar bill and the donation machine on the first floor. Greed mode has way too much grinding, and it's not nearly as fun as doing a regular run tbqh.
