Victory Lap and ZIP! achievement

I heard that you're not supposed to get achievements in the Victory Lap, but I did one and got ZIP! (the one for finishing the run in less than 20 minutes). Is this a bug or was the information incorrect?

Many achivements are bugged right now, I tried zip myself and finished at the lamb under 20 and didn't get it.

Yes, I checked the wiki and it says that this achievement is either buggy or its unlock conditions are not yet fully known. Maybe, if it's not a bug, you just have to do something very specific and finish the run in 20 minutes.

I know it's been a while, but maybe someone will find this information useful considering we've gotten quite a few patches for Afterbirth+ by now.

I tried to go for the achievements for beating the Lamb in under 20 minutes, and for not picking up any hearts, coins and bombs, in one run/victory lap. I'm 100% sure I did meet the requirements, but after the achievements did not pop up, I tried it again. Still, no achievements. However, oddly enough I got the achievement for beating Delirium with ??? the very next victory lap.

So I guess it's either still bugged or, as Neptunella suggested, you have to do something very specific AND finish the run/beat the Lamb in 20 minutes.

If anyone has further information, it'd be much aprreciated if you shared! :)

VL prevent unlocks unless you quit/continue it. Doing so enables unlocks for the current lap.

Does this also count for reruns? I just tried getting the unlock during a rerun and teleported myself via the sacrifice room from the basement to the dark room. Beat the Lamb in four minutes, chose to NOT do a victory lap, still no unlock.

I think Reruns prevent unlocks no matter what. I'm not sure though, honestly.
