This item is unlocked by beating the Pong challenge which is pretty fun. It grants you a extra heart container for every 25 cents you got.

The great thing about this item is......(drum roll please)..... that it works with the Keeper (kinda).
You get a third coin heart when you have 99 cents. This just saved my run and I was able to complete the Keeper's post-it note. Thanks to Greed's Gullet I am now done with the Void and Greedier Mode with every character!

Yes. I got lucky and got Restock and tried to break the run on the Hush shop. It went okay, but then I got Greed's Gullet on the Void and at 99 cents I had 3 Coin Hearts.

I think if you get it earlier you can get even more. It seems a little bugged when it comes to calculating money already in hand when you take it. It's 1 container per 25 cents, but not sure if it actually gives you more than one if you pick it up when you're at a higher value.

I'm pretty sure I had 99 cents before I picked it up. It could be that it doesn't work correctly. I assumed it worked just differently for the Keeper.
