Crown over one of the monsters head.
So I just encountered one of the new plus monsters, the blister (the spider with the spike on its head), but this time it had a crown hovering over its head. It had a hell of a lot of health. Never encountered one before nor could I find anyhing on the wiki.

Crown enemies have more HP and upon touching? (not sure) an enemy turns that enemy into a champion variant.
