Trouble with unlocked items A+

When I beat the game for new unlocks, some of them aren't working when I play new game as Magdalene (no pill is allowed) or Samson (no child's heart on begin). I've tried to re-install the game and delete files from My documents. What is solution for it?

You don't have the achievements required for these unlocks.
- "Maggy Now Holds a Pill!" (Beat Challenge #32)
- "Samson Feels Healthy!" (Beat Challenge #34)

You can't get achievements if you have mods installed.

I don't know man. Why I see those items when I choose a character for new game?
p.s. yes, I got your idea about challenges, and no mods are installed.

You see those items in the menu even if you haven't beaten the challenges that unlock them yet but in order for the characters to actually have them you need to actually beat the corresponsing challenge (which in this case are the challenges named "Ultra Hard" and "Aprils Fool").
Once you beat them you'll have the items when you start a new run with the corresponding character.

I completed Ultra Hard and Pong yesterday, but today my save file claims I haven't done it.(despite having the achievements proving I did it) I would really rather not have to finish the Ultra Hard challenge again, so how do I fix this?

RCBlazer, maybe your problem connects with a new update, that fixed a problem with cloud-saving process. Idk btw :D
