Does Killing the other bosses on Void weaken Delirium?

I got curse of the lost on that floor and ended up killing every other boss on the floor. Eventually through rune bag I got Dagaz and I finally found Delirium. His health bar was under 20%. I haven't seen anything on the wiki on this, but I'd like to know if this is actually a thing or a bug.

There are some items that lower enemy health when entering a room.Did you take any screenshots of the fight or the run?

Unfortunately I did not. However, the only item I know that decreases enemy health is the tick. Something that I did not have. I have had a number of runs since this. Killing the other bosses does not seem to affect delirium. I now just assume it was bug.

I have no idea, but I've recently been to the void and must've killed around 5 bosses before I got to the final boss and his health bar was full as full can be.

Didn't seem so to me. Killed him twice - both times, after clearing the floor fully. Full HP both times.

I think there's currently a bug where if he swaps to a boss like The Hollow or Larry Jr, he'll lose a massive amount of health.

No, in fact the more bosses you kill in one run the more likely he will take the form of those bosses "if you had a run in with the bloat... I got bad news for you"

Well with all the replies, I can assume it's a bug. Still I'm glad the bug happened. This boss is even more ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with Teleportation, a hundred times moreso than the Cathedral and Chest boss.

If there was just a bug/oversight which would allow one to face Delirium during a certain challenge... welp, at least I could get to the Dark Room early during Pong along with a Tear Detonator
