Skinless Hush?

According to wiki, its nothing more than a red herring for dataminers, its not intended to do anything

I remember that the Binding of Isaac: Rebirth wiki mentioning how Hush had an unused skinless sprite for what was supposedly a scrapped third phase. Though it also mentioned it being a red herring.

The name of the file is "boss_hush_skinless.png". So it is Hush, but not the real one (as said above, a red herring when Afterbirth came out).
"Old man keeper" was another one.

i spawned him in before i saw this. After i killed it i spawned delirium and he turned into skinless hush and proceeded to do nothing.
