How do i play afterbirth + D:

I have dlc and everything but i dont see any thing new in the game :/ And my second question if i have mods can i get achievements??

Ok here is a quick check, in the list of difficulties does it say greedier next to hard and greed mode?

Quicker check: on the press start screen, does it say "Afterbirth" or "Afterbirth+"?
Make sure you actually installed the DLC. Then, restart Steam to be sure.

About your second question, mods from the mod menu disable progress/achievements.

I only have Normal hard and greed idk But when afterbirth + came out i downloaded some mb lolz

If Steam cloud is enabled you won't have troubles.
Backup your saves if you want to be sure.

A little more clarification, I went to the list of installed dlc and checked and unchecked afterbird
