Not sure, but the gamepedia page also only lists unlocks for several characters, excluding Cain, Maggy, Eve, Lazarus, The Keeper, Blue Baby and probably more that I can't think of. So only some characters unlock things, but I don't know if all need to beat it for the next 100% mark.

Idea: What if they did that on purpose, so as they add the booster pack content updates durring the months, those character's Delirium unlocks will be fan made mod ites that got added to the game officially?
