vcruntime140.dll Issue Fix
Not sure if anyone else had this issue, but this fix worked for me. Just download the vcruntime140.dll at http://dlldir.com/vcruntime140-dll/, unzip it, and drop it into your sysWOW64 folder located in your windows folder. "C:\Windows\SysWOW64" That should help.
