How to upload a mod

hello, i have a stupid question about how to upload a mod to the workshop? the tool asks after metadata and i have no idea how to create 1. a friendly answer would be nice.

I had the same problem.
What I did is simple, I download an other mod, to see how it worked:

In this mod folder, there is a metadata.xml file, that's what you need to upload your mod, but you have to modify it first (title, etc).
In this file, you have an ID, but it's only related to this mod, you have to get your own ID.
I didn't understand how to get one, so I just tried to delete the ID number, saved, and then tried to upload with the upload tool. (the ID looked like this: <id></id>)
And it worked ! I just had to chose a picture, a description and everything.
Once it's created, you can then easily change the settings in your steam profile page.

Ok, so, to get the metadata you must go to Documents, go to My Games and Afterbirth Plus Mods, put your mod inside, launch the game, enable the mod, exit and the metadata should be inside the mod folder, then upload.
