So after beating Mega satan and satan theres a chest in the middle, I tried to enter it but it won't budge. What to do now?

Continue through the level, you're trying to find the beam of light in all the levels, you're going backwards, not forwards. ;)

tip, if you get 1up, just suicide, the light beam will show up anyway and you can escape.

HOld R, check damage, if it's high see what items you rolled, repeat. After about 15 minutes i rolled epic fetus and polyphemus and steamrolled thechallenge.
