how to play multiplayer online in afterbirth+?

There is no online multiplayer for BOI, but there is Local Area Network. If you connect a secondary keyboard or a controller a second player can take control of a baby follower and steal a heart from Isaac.

There isn't any online multiplayer, so "not finding it" isn't a problem at all.

"Local coop on the same computer" isn't LAN (Local Area Network)

sadly, only the ps4 version of the game supports online multiplayer at the moment :/

The multiplayer aspect is the leaderboard for the Daily runs.

I advise you to, in the future, do some research on the game you're about to buy. It may keep you from disappointment.
